Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to help us build and launch campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating campaigns, testing every detail, and supporting the team with day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and set up marketing campaigns in Braze or similar platforms.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign operations including HTML builds, asset setup, and audience targeting.
  • Test and QA campaigns to ensure proper rendering, accurate tracking, and compliance.
  • Support push notifications, in-app messaging, and other lifecycle campaigns as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure campaigns run smoothly and on schedule.
Requirements
  • Experience using Braze (preferred) or similar marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Comfortable working with HTML/CSS (Liquid or other templating languages a plus).
  • Basic understanding of audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
