Key Role in Influencer Marketing Strategy

The successful candidate will report directly to the Marketing Director, overseeing campaign launches, negotiating rates with creators, and ensuring partnerships align with company goals.

Responsibilities
  • Research and identify influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, focusing on trend-savvy, brand-aligned creators.
  • Manage influencer campaign lifecycles: outreach, onboarding, brief creation, content coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Negotiate deliverables and rates with creators while maintaining optimal budget allocation.
  • Track campaign performance, audience engagement, and content quality to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Maintain a database of high-performing influencers and audience insights.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support product launches and brand initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign ROI and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and engagement metrics.
