Backend Implementation Professional

This role is focused on deploying real estate commission and transaction management platforms, as well as a platform designed to help brokers analyze market data and grow their business through strategic agent recruiting.

  • Prior to project kickoff, assess client current business needs and workflows. Make consultative recommendations on how they should use the deployed platform.
  • Develop and manage customized implementation plan for each client.
  • Assist clients with system configuration, handling complex scenarios directly.
  • Deliver product training sessions via phone and web conference software to ensure product high adoption.
  • Communicate implementation progress with internal stakeholders and the customer.
  • De-escalate client concerns by identifying and implementing technical solutions. Facilitate resolution of all issues to retain the client.
  • Partner with team of professionals to improve and scale internal processes. Recommend adjustments to client journey that will improve overall experience and adoption of the product suite.

Key responsibilities include developing client relationships quickly, having exceptional communication skills, relentless attention to detail and follow-through, proven history of conflict resolution with both internal teams and client issues, and experience managing complex technical scenarios.

Preferred qualifications include previous experience in client-facing project management at a SaaS-based business, understanding of the real estate industry, and experience using Salesforce.

This is a full-time remote position requiring a stable internet connection (150 Mbps or higher) and a professional home office setup.
