Role Summary

This is a dynamic role requiring exceptional customer-facing skills, technical expertise and an entrepreneurial mindset to deliver end-to-end payroll implementation services for mid-sized to large clients.

  • The successful candidate will lead new client onboarding, defining and maintaining the implementation program including timelines, stakeholders and key deliverables, and technical requirements.
  • They will own the end-to-end implementation process for assigned accounts ensuring seamless software adoption and training driving client success.
  • Key responsibilities include setting accurate expectations with clients and internal stakeholders, communicating progress with account executives and customer success managers, assisting with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed, participating in cross-functional groups to improve communications, tools and products, leading kickoff calls daily with new customers, overseeing complex process design and setup and becoming an expert in Workstream to guide new users.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in customer-facing implementation roles, preferably managing larger, more complex implementations for a SaaS company. Alternatively, customer-facing HR/payroll experience in a PEO or accounting firm is acceptable.
  • Payroll experience: experience with US payroll, either in an implementation role or in-house payroll management.
  • Basic spreadsheet/database skills with ability to learn quickly.
