Job Description

The role of Associate Solutions Consultant is a key position within our organization, responsible for the implementation and support of software applications. As a member of our team, you will be involved in the internal implementation of our Revenue Cycle Technology suite.

Key responsibilities include participating in assessment meetings to identify existing workflow processes, developing design documentation in Visio, and translating this documentation into pseudocode for our development and QA teams.

  • Participate in internal assessment meetings with our Accounts Receivable Services department to develop design documentation in Visio.
  • Develop and demonstrate an understanding of business needs, expectations, and requirements for each implementation.
  • Responsible for the translation of Visio documentation to pseudocode intended for our Development and QA Teams.
  • Analyze errors based on user acceptance testing results and provide problem-solving solutions.
  • Work with large data sets to identify potential improvement opportunities and present data to support recommendations to our project team.
  • Support clients utilizing our AnalytX Suite of Products after deployment.
  • Diagnose application bugs and gather technical documentation of issues working directly with our Development and QA Teams.
  • Lead ongoing support calls with existing customers post Go Live.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications.
  • Experience documenting business rules and technical processes into logical structures and diagrams.
  • Ability to understand complex software applications.
  • Proven capability specifically with MS Excel and/or MS SQL Server with a desire to expand on those capabilities.
  • Able to prioritize workload and work effectively with minimal supervision; demonstrated ability to work concurrently on multiple projects with several teams.
