Expert Financial Administrator

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and be proficient in QuickBooks.
Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are recorded in QuickBooks.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Manage invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
- Ensure all financial records comply with industry standards.
- Assist with tax preparation and audits as needed.
- Monitor and track business expenses to optimize budgeting and cost control.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper with expertise in accounting software.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other accounting tools.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide recommendations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
