About the Opportunity

NeksJob Philippines is partnering with a leading client known for delivering innovative technology and business solutions.

We are seeking a skilled Project Director for Technology and Business Initiatives to drive complex projects, ensure alignment of technical and business goals, and lead cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will possess strong program and project management skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) guiding and managing teams to achieve excellence.
  • Make key team decisions, balancing priorities and timelines.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making across teams.
  • Lead business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services.
  • Utilize standard project management tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service-level agreements.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, working closely with stakeholders.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to prevent disruptions.
  • Regularly communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders across departments.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, quality standards, and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of program and project management principles and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Level Management.
