We are seeking a driven and client-focused sales professional to join our team as an Investment Property Sales Consultant.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in investment property sales, real estate investment, or property advisory roles with a direct-to-client focus.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Client Consultations: Conduct structured introductory consultations with warm leads to understand client goals, financial position, and readiness to invest.
  • Property Presentations: Present tailored property investment opportunities and wealth-building strategies using relevant market data.
  • Client Education: Educate clients about the benefits and risks of property investment and guide them through the decision-making process.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate property recommendations and information.
  • Client Follow-up: Maintain consistent follow-ups to progress clients through each stage of the investment journey while delivering excellent service.

The successful candidate will be comfortable using CRM systems, virtual meeting tools, and other digital platforms.

Experience selling investment properties to clients based in Australia, the US, or the UK is a plus.

Familiarity with the Australian property market or other high-growth investment regions is also beneficial.
