Responsibilities:
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns across multiple channels, including email, LinkedIn, SMS, and phone
  • Maintain exceptional engagement rates, exceeding 5% positive replies and below 2% bounce rates
  • Secure 12+ qualified meetings per month for the Business Development Manager
  • Identify and source top-tier HR leaders, Directors, and VPs using specialized tools like Apollo.io and LinkedIn
  • Personalize messaging through platforms such as Instantly, testing subject lines and CTAs for optimal results
  • Engage in daily warm calls with prospects who have interacted via other channels
  • Log all outreach activities and meetings in Salesforce, accurately tagging lead sources
  • Collaborate closely with the Recruiting team post-conversion to ensure seamless handoffs
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation within recruiting, staffing, or related fields
  • Exceptional written English skills and persuasive cold messaging abilities
  • Familiarity with multichannel outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, phone)
  • Confidence in making calls to U.S.-based prospects
  • Proficiency in CRMs like Salesforce, with strong organizational and data analysis skills
  • High levels of coachability, competitiveness, and performance-focused drive
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in healthcare, recruiting, or staffing industries
