**Role Overview:**

As an Education Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by managing inbound and outbound calls to align our offerings with prospective learners' career goals.

You will be responsible for balancing productivity and quality, exceeding enrollment targets while upholding standards through QA call marking during downtime. Every enrollment secured contributes to global reach.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Spend 80% of your day engaging with leads through calls, emails, and chats, providing tailored conversations.
• Handle inbound inquiries, guide learners through the application process, and conduct outbound calls to convert high-priority leads.
• Follow up with leads, adapting strategies to drive them closer to enrollment.
• Track inquiries across digital channels, ensuring timely responses within SLAs.
• Review and evaluate sales interactions for quality and compliance with standards.

**Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3+ years in consultative telesales or inbound/outbound sales (bonus points if you have education or SaaS experience).
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a KPI-driven environment, with discipline to manage your own productivity and prioritize high-impact activities.
• Exceptional English skills, both written and verbal, with strong numerical reasoning and analytical abilities.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and active listening; ability to adapt approach to each learner and guide them to the right program.
