Marketing Position

Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth.

We are seeking an experienced marketer with a strong background in social media, email marketing, and graphic design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns using Mailchimp or similar tools.
  • Graphic Design: Create high-quality marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, proposal materials, pitch decks, and trade show assets.
  • Website Management: Manage and update multiple company websites in WordPress, ensuring all content is current and visually aligned with brand standards.
  • Social Media: Manage and grow the company's presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
  • Campaign Planning: Plan and execute initiatives for events, sponsorships, and recruiting efforts.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media.
  • Proven ability to manage B2B social media channels and analytics review.
  • Hands-on experience with Mailchimp or similar tools for targeted campaigns and audience segmentation.
  • Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Experience managing and updating WordPress websites, including basic SEO optimization.
