This exciting position plays a vital supporting role in the marketing and commercial success of assigned brands. As a key member of the team, you will assist in executing marketing initiatives, monitoring sales performance, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

Reporting to the Brand or Business Manager, you will focus on providing essential support to drive brand growth and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Marketing & Promotional Support
  • Assist in executing marketing and promotional activities, including in-store activations, digital campaigns, and trade marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure brand consistency in displays and store executions.
  • Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track and consolidate feedback on promotional activities and competitor initiatives.
  • Lead the execution of PR events, brand launches, media gatherings, and VIP/influencer activations.
  • Manage influencer collaborations—from sourcing and briefing to tracking deliverables and consolidating results.
  • Assist in compiling press materials, media kits, and post-activation reports.
  • Sales & Business Tracking
  • Monitor and consolidate sales reports to track brand performance across different channels.
  • Prepare monthly and year-to-date (YTD) sales updates and analysis.
  • Assist in sales forecasting and demand planning to ensure product availability.
  • Work with the supply chain team to track inventory levels and minimize stock issues.
  • Administrative & Operational Support
  • Ensure timely processing of marketing-related purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Retail, Supply Chain, Finance) to facilitate smooth execution of brand activities.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and coordinating meetings.
  • Stakeholder & Principal Coordination
  • Support communication with brand principals and vendors regarding marketing initiatives, product launches, and reporting.
  • Assist in preparing business review presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure seamless execution of product and promotional plans.
  • Market & Competitor Monitoring
  • Conduct basic market research to gather insights on consumer trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
  • Consolidate and report findings to support strategic decision-making.

Key qualifications and experience required for this role include:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field within the retail, luxury beauty, or fragrance industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of brand strategy, market research, and digital marketing trends.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
