**Job Title:** Creative Manager
OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Creative Manager to lead our brand's creative direction and execution. This role plays a vital part in supporting the overall marketing strategy, ensuring consistent branding and high-impact visuals across all platforms.
The ideal candidate is a team player with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, and a passion for delivering creative solutions that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end creative development process — from concept to final execution — for all marketing campaigns, advertising materials, product visuals, and digital content.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure that all creative outputs are aligned with brand strategy and business goals.
- Create compelling designs and content for social media, packaging, print ads, signage, product catalogs, and promotional materials.
- Supervise internal designers and coordinate with external creative agencies, freelancers, or production teams as needed.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and tone across all consumer touchpoints.
- Drive innovation and creativity in design while maintaining efficiency and timelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely delivery.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, product, digital, etc.) to gather insights and deliver creative solutions that meet cross-functional needs.
- Stay updated on trends in design, branding, advertising, and consumer behavior in the consumer electronics industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a creative or marketing role, preferably in consumer electronics.
- Strong background in branding, advertising, creative direction, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Experience in creative signing, layout design, and social media content creation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead a creative team and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Highly efficient, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Strong collaboration skills and a team player attitude.
