We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative professional with strong background in Accounting and Business Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring business listings, reaching out to business sellers via calls and emails, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage business listings across platforms.
  • Communicate with business sellers through professional calls and emails.
  • Draft, proofread, and send correspondence with flawless English grammar and tone.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks.
  • Handle Accounts Payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment scheduling.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including billing, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support bookkeeping tasks as required.
  • Prepare reports, maintain organized documentation, and ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Prior experience in an accounting firm is highly preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Experience with accounting software.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or business listing platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
