Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating programs that improve the mental health and well-being of clients.

Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with the mental health team to develop holistic mental health interventions for clients. This includes ensuring consultations and psychotherapy are aligned with our scheduling system and teleconsultation protocols.

You will also collaborate with the mental health team for client triaging and escalations, and coordinate with the team and company representatives to align protocols and provide operational reports.

Your duties will include assessing clients' mental and emotional well-being through wellness check-ins and emergency handling, as well as monitoring program effectiveness and suggesting necessary improvements to further develop current systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CURRENTLY TAKING A MASTER'S DEGREE IN PSYCHOLOGY;
  • Willingness to work from home during the mid-day shift;
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Google Workspace
  • Preferably has a background in Mental Health or Employee Assistance Programs
