We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Collections Specialist. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and negotiation skills to help resolve financial challenges and ensure customers receive exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will have experience in collections, billing, or customer service and be proficient in CRM systems and collection software. They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities- Initiate inbound and outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts to discuss payment options.
- Analyze account histories to assess balances, payment status, and reasons for delinquency.
- Negotiate payment arrangements that meet both customer and company needs.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure all collection activities align with federal, state, and company regulations.
- Experience in collections, billing, or customer service.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and collection software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism.
