Maintenance Technicians are crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of buildings and equipment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, conducting inspections, and making repairs as needed. This involves working with mechanical, electrical, and other building systems to ensure they function efficiently and safely.

In addition to technical skills, the successful applicant will possess strong communication and organizational abilities, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A high school diploma or equivalent, combined with 1-2 years of relevant experience, is required. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy loads are also essential for this role.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and make repairs as needed.
  • Support the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
  • Review work orders and track completion.
  • Ensure all building systems operate efficiently.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of job-related experience.
  • Meet physical requirements of the role, including lifting/carrying heavy loads.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
