Job Title: Reporting and Data Insights Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting packages for senior executives, deliver timely data updates and insights to inform business decisions, design interactive dashboards using Power BI and Excel that align with company KPIs and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales Operations, Leads, and Strategic Marketing to ensure reporting needs and timelines are met, understand operational nuances and marketing performance to support strategic planning.
  • Design and manage performance and operational dashboards to monitor KPIs and team metrics, deliver timely and relevant ad hoc reports based on leadership requests, automate data refresh processes and ensure seamless data distribution.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of all reports, address discrepancies and reporting errors before they reach executive review, implement documentation protocols for version control and data compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in developing and maintaining complex reporting systems, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
