Urban Space Development Specialist

Our organization is seeking a full-time, on-site Urban Space Development Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in driving growth and operational excellence by utilizing data analysis, business intelligence, and urban planning insights to support strategic business decisions.

The ideal candidate will play a central role in identifying new opportunities for urban development, optimizing existing infrastructure, and ensuring the commercial sustainability of operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and key drivers impacting business outcomes.
  • Leverage demographic data and mapping tools to support business growth initiatives.
  • Utilize business intelligence tools to develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and address specific business questions.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Business Analyst with strong focus on commercial performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and visualization using BI tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros.
  • Good understanding of commercial concepts and strong commercial acumen for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
