- Proven experience supporting leaders or executives.
- Strong background in managing and coaching teams, guiding and motivating team members to achieve their goals.
- Broad understanding of various industries and aptitude for quickly learning new fields to provide guidance to a diverse client base.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of delivering clear, constructive feedback.
- Experience with remote work tools and platforms, and managing teams across different time zones.
- Professional microphone headset or functional computer microphone equivalent
- Fast, responsive computer
- Clean & professional background/audio environment for video calls with customers
