About the Role
  • We are seeking a skilled Senior Coordinator to oversee provider licencing applications, ensuring compliance with state medical boards and federal regulations.
  • The ideal candidate will manage licence renewals for a medical group with 100–200 clinicians, collaborating with state medical boards, credentialing agencies, and the clinical team to resolve application delays or documentation errors.
Key Responsibilities
  • Licencing: Oversee provider licencing applications, ensuring compliance with state medical board and federal regulations
  • Process license renewals for a medical group with 100–200 clinicians

  • Independently manage complex licensing cases, including those with regulatory challenges
  • Proactively maintain and update the provider licencing database for accuracy and timeliness
General Responsibilities
  • Serve as the internal go-to expert for licencing inquiries
  • Support ad-hoc practice and insurance operations tasks as needed
  • Identify and drive process improvements to streamline workflows and boost efficiency
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare credentialing, licencing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with credentialing platforms (e.g., CAQH, CredentialStream) or EHR systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience coordinating with providers to gather documentation or resolve application issues
  • Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail in managing complex workflows
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to tackle unexpected licencing or credentialing challenges
