Job Title: Technology Platform Manager

">About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technology Platform Manager to oversee our company's systems, integrations, and optimizations. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for platform administration, user support, and technical enablement.

The ideal candidate will have experience with workflow challenges, low-code/no-code environments, and backend system ownership. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our internal infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Administration: Own setup, optimization, and user support across all key platforms
  • Collaboration & File Management:** Microsoft 365, Dropbox, LastPass
  • Operations & Payroll:** Gusto, DocuSign, Monday.com
  • CRM Workflows: Build, manage, and optimize CRM workflows, automation rules, and reporting dashboards
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Troubleshoot user issues and execute system updates or configuration changes
  • Recruiting Support: Support Recruiting with applicant tracking logic and hiring funnel setup
  • Automation & Integration: Use Zapier and native integrations to automate tasks and connect data across platforms
  • Documentation & Training:** Document platform usage SOPs and train internal users on new features or tools
  • Permissioning & User Setup: Manage permissioning, user setup, and tech hygiene for compliance
  • Tool Research: Research and recommend new tools as the business scales
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2–4+ years in Tech Ops, Systems Admin, or CRM/ATS management
  • Technical Skills:** Experienced with Go High Level, Monday.com, Gusto, and LastPass
  • Familiarity with Automation Tools:** Familiar with low-code/no-code automation tools like Zapier or Make.com
  • Problem-Solving Ability:** Confident in documenting workflows and training others on system use
  • Detail-Oriented Mindset:** Strong problem-solver with a detail-oriented, tech-first mindset
  • Team Enablement:** Excited to support cross-functional teams through platform enablement
