Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Specialist to oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of our enterprise resource planning system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain Acumatica or similar ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks Pro, Sage, Oracle/NetSuite)
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather system requirements and deliver ERP solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Configure, customize, and troubleshoot ERP modules based on user and organizational needs
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including system workflows and procedures
  • Provide end-user support and conduct system training as necessary
  • Generate and analyze operational and management reports to support data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity, and coordinate with the MIS Head for system enhancements and integrations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Acumatica or other major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of ERP architecture, modules, and workflows
  • Experience in ERP reporting, system customization, and data analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
