Reimagining the digital presence of businesses worldwide is a challenging yet exciting endeavor. As a seasoned Technical SEO Specialist, you will be pivotal in this mission by ensuring our online platform meets the highest standards of accessibility and usability.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in optimizing Core Web Vitals: LCP, FID, and CLS. This includes minimising render-blocking resources, implementing advanced performance enhancements like lazy loading, caching, and CDNs. Furthermore, they should be able to optimize site assets such as images, fonts, and scripts for faster loading.

To achieve this goal, you will collaborate with developers to implement SEO-friendly technical changes. Conducting full technical SEO audits using Lighthouse, Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights, and other tools will be an essential part of your role. Additionally, troubleshooting crawl errors, broken links, redirect issues, and technical site bugs will be crucial in maintaining the quality of our online platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and improve Core Web Vitals: LCP, FID, and CLS
  • Optimise site assets such as images, fonts, and scripts for faster loading
  • Minimise render-blocking resources and implement advanced performance enhancements (lazy loading, caching, CDNs)
  • Optimise JavaScript for SEO using dynamic rendering, server-side rendering, and pre-rendering techniques
  • Identify and resolve JavaScript-related crawling and indexing issues
  • Work with developers to implement SEO-friendly technical changes
  • Implement and maintain structured data, canonical tags, hreflang, robots.txt, and XML sitemaps
  • Conduct full technical SEO audits using Lighthouse, Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights, and other tools
  • Troubleshoot crawl errors, broken links, redirect issues, and technical site bugs

To succeed in this position, you will need to have strong analytical skills, excellent English communication skills (at least B2 level), and experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment. You should also be familiar with JavaScript frameworks, have a proven track record of making data-driven decisions, and be detail-oriented.
