We're looking for a talented professional to join our engineering team in Cebu.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review and ensure accuracy of NOC and S.O configurations.
  2. Create and submit Engineering Changes through Agile.
  3. Maintain sales order BOM and initiate ECO change management.
  4. Coordinate ECOs/MCOs/DEVs/ECRs processes internally, ensuring flawless execution and tracking of implementation.
  5. Submit Problem Reports/Supplier Problem Sheets to customers for BOM-related issues.
  6. Ensure all affected parts and BOMs are included in CR/IR/PR or corrected via ECO process.
  7. Understand the scope of engineering changes downstream.
  8. Manage and revise customer product information, including BOMs, part numbers, and AVLs, for proper assembly revision control.
  9. Streamline BOM structure setup with Product Engineer for assembly control, traceability, and material backflush accuracy.
  10. Work with Product Engineer to restructure customer BOMs for manufacturability.
  11. Validate and upload all customer document packages, such as Assembly DWG, Fabrication DWG, Procedures, Tests, and Manufacturing Instructions, to the Agile system.
  12. Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve configuration issues.
  13. Generate a list of new or revised parts requiring sourcing information for NPI projects.
Requirements:
  1. Degree in Engineering.
  2. Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, with advanced Excel skills; design experience is a plus.
  3. Knowledge of engineering documentation and control procedures.
  4. Ability to read technical drawings and mechanical BOMs.
  5. Basic understanding of industrial equipment manufacturing.
