Job Description:

This Client Development Representative role plays a critical part in our marketing operations team, focusing on engaging target prospects, qualifying inbound inquiries, and assigning leads to sales resources. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive client follow-up and demand generation initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage inbound inquiries within a target response time of less than an hour
  • Qualify inbound inquiries, document relevant opportunity details, and assign to sales resources based on established criteria
  • Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures
  • Support marketing and sales teams with various tasks as required
  • Demand generation campaign follow-up support by proactive engagement of target contacts
  • List building and enrichment activities to support sales and marketing campaigns
  • Report building and analyzing data for various teams as required
