The Client Service Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our clients' projects at IQVIA Argentina. This position involves controlling the report generation process and providing daily or project-based guidance and support to clients on specific products/services.

Responsibilities

  1. Verify contract compliance by ensuring basic and routine reports meet customer specifications.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to review client data needs and guarantee deliverables meet customer expectations, emphasizing timeliness and quality.
  3. Implement IQVIA data validation procedures.
  4. Address routine client inquiries through thorough analysis and clear responses.
  5. Support the team during client service meetings held at customer locations.
  6. Prepare custom studies upon request.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus a minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience.
  2. Prior experience in an IQVIA role and the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse stakeholders within the organization.
  5. Multitasking abilities, coupled with effective meeting planning and time management skills.
  6. Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment while working independently.
  7. Outstanding customer service skills, accompanied by a polished, professional demeanor.
