Job Description
The Client Service Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our clients' projects at IQVIA Argentina. This position involves controlling the report generation process and providing daily or project-based guidance and support to clients on specific products/services.
Responsibilities
- Verify contract compliance by ensuring basic and routine reports meet customer specifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to review client data needs and guarantee deliverables meet customer expectations, emphasizing timeliness and quality.
- Implement IQVIA data validation procedures.
- Address routine client inquiries through thorough analysis and clear responses.
- Support the team during client service meetings held at customer locations.
- Prepare custom studies upon request.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus a minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in an IQVIA role and the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse stakeholders within the organization.
- Multitasking abilities, coupled with effective meeting planning and time management skills.
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment while working independently.
- Outstanding customer service skills, accompanied by a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer service capabilities.
