Job Title

The role of IT Support Specialist is a key position in ensuring smooth operation across multiple venues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide real-time IT support to restaurant teams during business hours
  • Maintain and update POS menus, item settings, modifiers, reservation systems, and online platforms
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to POS errors, printer malfunctions, delivery platform connectivity, and online reservation systems
