About the role

Partee Golf Club Inc., a leading hospitality group, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflow.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coordinate the work of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth and efficient service
  2. Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve service levels
  3. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and work to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  5. Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records
  6. Collaborate with the management team to implement new initiatives and improve overall restaurant operations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  2. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
  5. Thorough knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  6. A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences
