Operations Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing delivery, quality assurance, and design.

This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to analyze team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements. You will work closely with leadership to balance workloads, improve workflows, and maintain high quality standards.

The successful candidate will be a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of enforcing deadlines, managing processes, and elevating team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze team performance data to identify opportunities for improving delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to enhance workflows, launch new initiatives, and ensure website production aligns with overall business strategy.
  • Partner with leadership to spot risks, remove roadblocks, and keep projects on schedule.
  • Review and refine the output of the QA, design, and web support teams to ensure error-free, on-brand client websites and digital assets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of professionals, setting clear expectations, managing workloads, and fostering accountability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure client deliverables align with business needs and drive measurable results.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in digital operations, website production, or marketing operations, overseeing delivery and quality of digital assets.
  • 2+ years managing remote, cross-functional teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Hands-on experience with QA and website delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, including testing new features on both the front and back end.
  • A keen eye for design and content QA, ensuring websites are visually consistent, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
