Job Overview

The Business Operations Associate acts as a liaison between team members, managing complex data tasks, mentoring junior colleagues, and contributing to process improvements to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.

  • Oversee and execute intricate data manipulation projects, adhering to established guidelines and best practices.
  • Provide expert assistance to clients on location data using proprietary tools, addressing complex issues and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough audits on listing data to maintain accuracy and quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop, refine, and document best practices aimed at enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the development of junior team members by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and assisting in training initiatives.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely completion of deliverables, consistently meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs) and personal performance targets.
Qualifications
  • A professional with 3-4 years of experience in business operations, data management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex data discrepancies and provide clear, effective solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in English, including written, spoken, and reading skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and other data management tools is a plus.
