Job Title:

Operations Manager


Description:

This position oversees the operational aspects of a call center or business process outsourcing program. The ideal candidate will ensure that client key performance indicators (KPIs), goals, and targets are met.

They must maintain company-set ratios for staffing to guarantee smooth operations and provide adequate manpower to meet forecasted call volumes.

The Operations Manager must enforce adherence to Company and Client policies and procedures. They should identify and reward top performers while implementing disciplinary measures for underperforming staff members.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Business or Business Management.
  • Two to three years of experience in Call Center Operations, Customer Service, Business Process Outsourcing, or Telecommunications in an Assistant Managerial or Managerial capacity.
  • Proficiency in call center operations and organization is required.
  • Prior knowledge of client-specific requirements is preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications and other call center-specific software or systems.
