We are seeking a seasoned engineer to spearhead the development of innovative, eco-friendly products. At Schneider Electric, we believe that collective action can drive meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of product defects at the unit and component levels for low- and high-power uninterruptible power supplies with diverse topologies.
  • Promote manufacturing excellence by reducing assembly and design-related defects in collaboration with R&D, Quality, Test, and Process Engineering teams.
  • Support the Research and Development Team in new product development, ensuring adherence to company design standards and manufacturability requirements.
  • Provide critical support to manufacturing operations, identifying potential quality issues before releasing new products for mass production.
  • Generate detailed reports based on analysis results as requested by customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic and/or Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong analytical skills in power electronics and electronic component evaluations.
  • Proficiency in using electronic test instruments and equipment is essential.
  • Programming experience is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience in electronics manufacturing setups is advantageous.
  • Candidates should be collaborative, independent, resilient, and deadline-driven.
