  • You will be responsible for technical execution and delivery, leading sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical prioritization to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of engineering work.
  • You will drive a consistent and high-quality development process across multiple engineering squads, collaborating with the CTO and product managers to translate strategic goals into executable engineering work.
  • You will identify and resolve architectural or technical debt issues, escalating to Principal Engineer or CTO as needed.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in engineering management. They should have a strong technical background in modern web development, familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), and experience working in high-velocity teams that ship iteratively while maintaining high standards.
