We are seeking an accomplished professional to assume the role of Chief Enterprise Learning Solutions Designer.

About the Role
  • As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders including Sales, Product, and Engineering to conceptualize and deliver scalable, secure, and client-aligned solutions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS architecture and cloud platforms.
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and innovation through lifelong learning.
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Human Capital Management (HCM) and Learning & Development (L&D) solutions.
  • Knowledge of integration methods (APIs, SSO, data feeds).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in technical documentation and solution design.
  • Understanding of data security and compliance standards.
  • Team-oriented mindset with experience working across functions.

Responsibilities
  • Consult with potential clients, providing strategic business and technical guidance on implementing our solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on integrations, configurations, and product capabilities.
  • Support Sales by answering technical questions and handling solution presentations.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing our capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and qualify new business opportunities, offering technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
  • Assist in creating use cases, statements of work, and RFP responses.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Client Experience teams to ensure seamless product delivery and long-term client success.
  • Conduct technical assessments and recommend improvements for existing systems and processes.
  • Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
