Product Management Role Overview

The Product Management Associate is a critical position responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of products within our distribution portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Partner Collaboration

    • Align with suppliers and channel partners on product selection, pricing, margins, and purchasing models in coordination with Business Development and Sales teams.
    • Develop sales forecasts and inventory strategies (e.g., lifecycle, FASN, EOL) with Sales and Supply Chain Management teams.

  • Product and Inventory Optimization

    • Manage product ordering and delivery timelines for production, seasonal needs, and launches.
    • Optimize inventory across channels; coordinate restocking and depletion strategies for slow-moving items.
    • Monitor post-launch product performance using sales data, feedback, and market response.

  • Market and Competitive Intelligence

    • Analyze local market trends, competition, and regulatory shifts impacting product strategy.
    • Localize product offerings for the target market in terms of language, culture, and specifications.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment

    • Ensure alignment with Product Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain Management teams for cohesive product launches, campaigns, and logistics.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields (Post-graduate degree is a plus)

  • 2–3 years of product management or marketing experience, preferably in tech accessories, consumer electronics, IT, or FMCG—handling key clients and major product lines

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

  • Proficient in project management and market analysis tools

  • Knowledge of supply chain and distribution processes

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)

  • In-depth understanding of consumer electronics, AI, and Smart Space trends

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and self-motivated
