Administrative Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant in our logistics and fleet industry. This position requires a professional who is proficient in customer service, CRM management, and lead follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound phone calls, addressing client inquiries and providing support.
  • Manage leads in a CRM system by updating statuses, tagging appropriately, and sending email campaigns or follow-ups based on client stage.
  • Draft and send timely, professional email responses to clients and leads.
  • Track and nurture leads through the pipeline, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
  • Conduct research on vehicles, fleets, and industry-related information to support client needs and business operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide updates on lead activity, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service, sales coordination, or CRM management.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (phone and email) with a customer-first attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to research, analyze, and present information clearly.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with online tools, email automation, and reporting systems.
