Performance Advertising Specialist
The role of a Performance Advertising Specialist is pivotal in driving campaign success and revenue growth through the creation of captivating and data-driven ad visuals.

This specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative designs tailored for paid media campaigns, ensuring alignment with key performance metrics and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design visually appealing static and motion ads optimized for various paid media platforms.
  • Analyze creative proposals, briefs, and project requirements to determine creative needs.
  • Develop and iterate on designs based on feedback, performance data, and industry trends to maximize ad effectiveness.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually stunning, on-brand, and adhere to design principles.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform trends, design standards, and best practices for performance advertising.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic and motion design, with a strong portfolio of performance-focused advertising work.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and collaboration tools like Figma and Frame.io.
  • Experience designing for paid media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Deep understanding of how design choices impact ad performance, including knowledge of metrics and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with strategists, marketers, and other creatives.
