Job Overview

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Creation: Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, book covers, annual reports, and advertisements using visual creativity and technical skills.
  • Tool Proficiency: Utilize digital tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create designs by hand or through automated processes.
  • Visual Optimization: Select fonts, colors, and layouts to enhance visual appeal and readability while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Client Collaboration & Revision: Develop draft designs for client review and revise based on feedback from stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Proofread and review final designs to ensure accuracy and alignment with client specifications.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects while ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate with a degree in graphic design or related field.
  • Proficient in using Adobe products (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with advanced knowledge of their features and functionalities.
  • Excellent photo editing skills and ability to work with different file formats.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details with the ability to translate visual concepts into reality.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • With good character and willingness to work flexible hours, including graveyard shifts, if required.
  • With a minimum of one year of relevant graphic design experience and portfolio of work showcasing expertise.
  • Available for full-time work with a commitment to professional growth and development.
