We are seeking a senior-level creative marketing visualizer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising and agency experience, with expertise in designing engaging marketing materials for digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visually appealing marketing collateral across various mediums, including social media graphics, advertising campaigns, promotional materials, and more.

• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to meet campaign goals and deadlines.

• Support ongoing advertising efforts with creative updates and new ideas.

• Design static and animated creative for Meta ad campaigns, including A/B variant testing assets.

• Create visually engaging email headers, modules, and full campaign templates optimized for multiple devices and platforms.

• Develop professional PowerPoint decks for brand presentations, marketing initiatives, line planning, and investor pitches.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of design experience within a creative agency or advertising firm.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (InDesign a plus).

• Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work.

• Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Clear communication and strong collaboration skills.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with video editing and motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).

• Background in sports, athletics, or apparel branding.

• Familiarity with Meta, Google, and display ad formats and requirements.

• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm EST. Job Type: Full-time. Work Set-up: WFH.
