
Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking an ambitious and tech-savvy individual to join our support team as a technical support engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer issues and mastering our APIs.

Our platform helps businesses automate, optimize, and scale their operations, and we're looking for someone who can help us deliver top-tier guest experiences while running more efficient, data-driven operations.
The role requires a strong problem-solving skills, especially with complex technical problems, as well as experience with Postman, Chrome DevTools, DB queries, REST API knowledge, and JavaScript. Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills are also essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Solving technical questions related to our APIs, webhooks, 3rd party integrations, and new feature complexities.
- Investigating and resolving customer requests and queries through the use of varied ticketing, content, and task management tools.
- Providing advice to clients/partners on our best practices for API implementation.
- Leading personal/team projects such as designing and developing new internal tools.
- Creating internal knowledge base articles to improve solve time and client satisfaction.
- Escalating and resolving issues with the Product and Engineering teams by completing bug reports.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Postman, Chrome DevTools, or any equivalent.
- DB query experience.
- REST API knowledge.
- Javascript experience a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Open to working at night and in shifting schedules.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- A demonstrated track record of providing prompt and compassionate customer care.
