Job Title: Scheduler - QA Experience

About this Role

We are looking for someone who can manage caregiver schedules, communicate changes, and ensure both sides (caregivers and clients) are informed, supported, and calm even in hectic situations.

As a key member of our operations team, you will work closely with clients across multiple counties, ensuring that caregivers receive the support they need and clients receive the care they deserve.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain up-to-date caregiver schedules across multiple counties
  • Respond promptly when someone cancels a shift or doesn't clock in
  • Answer calls from clients and caregivers using the VoIP system
  • Update records and case notes in WellSky
  • Work with the ops team to flag issues and ensure staffing remains smooth
  • Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers
  • Generate weekly reports and keep leadership informed
Required Skills and Qualifications

You should have experience in scheduling or believe you can excel in this role (bonus points for healthcare or home care experience).

Key qualifications include being calm under pressure, naturally organized, able to solve problems on the fly, comfortable with software systems, and adept at remote communication.

Strong relationships with stakeholders and the ability to take initiative while being a great team player are also essential.
