Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned product manager to execute brand strategies and drive business performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in brand management, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement brand strategies that align with business objectives and drive sales, market share, and profitability targets.
  • Contribute to long-term forecast and outlook with sales and investment plans, develop operational plans, and lead local launch readiness processes.
  • Align with Medical Affairs and Sales teams for cohesive brand execution, collaborate with marketing leads, and provide regular feedback on market, customer, and competitor insights.
  • Manage key performance indicators, monitor market share trends, and partner with commercial operations to achieve business goals.
  • Develop and execute medico-marketing initiatives, represent customer needs in internal planning and decision-making, and support knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; proven track record of success in brand management; strong leadership skills; strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities; analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and market trends.
