Global Business Solutions Architect

This role is for an ambitious professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's solution design across the region.

You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to design and deliver scalable, secure solutions that meet client needs and drive performance and value.

The ideal candidate has strong storytelling and solution-selling abilities, a solid understanding of SaaS architecture and cloud platforms, and experience engaging with clients and leading technical discussions.

Additionally, they should have a team-oriented mindset, with experience working across functions, and be proficient in integration methods, data security, and compliance standards.

In this remote-first role based in APJ, you will work closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Client Experience teams to ensure seamless product delivery and long-term client success.

Key responsibilities include consulting with potential clients, providing strategic business and technical guidance on implementing Degreed solutions, and collaborating with Sales to identify and qualify new business opportunities.

As a Solutions Architect, you will also develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing Degreed's capabilities, assist in creating use cases, statements of work, and RFP responses, and conduct technical assessments and recommend improvements for existing systems and processes.

With a background in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or SaaS architecture, and solid experience with cloud computing, integration technologies, and security protocols, you will be able to unlock the full potential of Degreed's platform through thoughtful architecture and consultative guidance.
