Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customs Support Agent to join our team.

This role involves preparing customs entry by entering commercial invoice data for Customs brokerage in compliance with national regulatory provisions and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • To prepare customs entry by accurately entering commercial invoice data for Customs brokerage within specified timeframes.
  • To perform tasks as requested, including assisting in general Brokerage operations.
  • To be responsible for all aspects of the job under the supervision of the Brokerage Manager.
Requirements
  • A strong understanding of Government Regulations and Standard Operational Procedures for Customs Import Operations.
  • The ability to work accurately with Microsoft Excel & Word, Outlook email system, Expedient and ICS system.
  • Excellent communication and phone manner skills.
  • A self-motivated individual who can work independently and in a team.
