Remote Executive Assistant Opportunity

Location: Remote, flexible work environment available.

This executive assistant role requires a self-motivated individual with technical expertise to streamline administrative operations and web/CRM functionality.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy professional to support our day-to-day operational tasks including invoicing, client communications, and calendar scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customize and manage WordPress forms and layouts
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce CRM workflows and dashboards
  • Provide exceptional customer service through timely email communications and meeting scheduling
  • Generate and track invoices, receipts, and basic bookkeeping entries
  • Maintain accurate data across systems and support data migration projects
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in WordPress website management and customization
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with automation tools like Make.com or Zapier is beneficial
  • At least 2 years' experience in executive or virtual assistance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and ability to work independently
  • Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive data
Tech Skills
  • WordPress (Forms, Plugins, Page Editing)
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM tool
  • Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs)
  • Basic bookkeeping or invoicing software
  • Automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier – optional)
