Job Title: Business Growth Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as a Business Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting via email.
Your primary goal will be to identify and engage key decision-makers, qualify leads, and schedule meetings with potential clients. To achieve this, you will conduct thorough research on target accounts, craft personalized outreach messages to maximize response rates, and ensure all activities are tracked effectively in the CRM system.
You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies, improve messaging, and share insights on campaign performance. This collaborative approach will enable you to refine your skills and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email to set qualified meetings
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Personalize outreach messaging to maximize engagement and response rates
- Manage and track outreach activity, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling in CRM
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategy and messaging
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role with a focus on email outreach and meeting setting
- Strong research, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with CRM and outreach platforms
- Self-motivated, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
