Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our European finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing strong analytical and reporting skills to support business decisions.

The successful candidate will work directly with the Finance Director and be involved in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and risk assessment.

You will also be responsible for creating reports around variance analysis and contributing to other financial activities such as monthly accounting close and reporting process.

In addition, you will support finance's goal to continuously improve the quality, efficiency, and value of financial information produced.


Requirements
  • 3+ years post qualification experience working in financial analysis, accounting, or similar.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Ability to identify and understand the key drivers of business performance
  • Proven track record in financial analysis and modeling
  • Strong relationship, communication and influencing skills to work effectively with leadership and cross functional teams
  • Self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
