Job Opportunity:

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Millwork Drafter to create detailed custom furniture shop drawings, conduct rendering, and ensure precise execution of designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed millwork and furniture shop drawings based on architectural and interior design specifications
  • Generate accurate takeoffs and material lists to aid in project estimation and planning
  • Create high-quality 3D renderings to visualize design concepts and ideas
  • Collaborate with designers, architects, and project managers to ensure compliance with project requirements and deliverables
  • Ensure drawings are fabrication-ready with correct dimensions, joinery details, and material specifications
  • Revise and update drawings based on feedback and design changes for optimal results
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in millwork drafting, furniture detailing, or interior architectural drafting
  • Proficiency in Revit, CAD, and Mozaik (or similar millwork software) to achieve precision and accuracy
  • Strong understanding of joinery, materials, and furniture construction methods to ensure quality and durability
  • Experience in rendering software for design visualization and communication
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into detailed millwork shop drawings with attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex design challenges and issues
