Job Description

The Operational Insights Strategist plays a key role in supporting business performance and operational excellence initiatives. This position focuses on preparing and transforming operational data for use in analytics, developing predictive models, and delivering actionable insights through visualizations and automation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist with the evaluation of business intelligence platforms.
  • Design and implement analytics models using advanced tools.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational workflows and data sources and translate them into strategic recommendations.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from enterprise systems.
  • Develop dashboards to visualize business performance, KPIs, and automation opportunities.
  • Leverage automation tools to streamline workflows and integrate analytics into business processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of experience in business analytics using advanced platforms.
  • Strong background in data engineering, including SQL, ETL, and data modeling.
  • Experience preparing datasets for analytics.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools for dashboard development.
  • Familiarity with automation technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across global teams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Ability to ensure data quality, governance, and documentation across analytics initiatives.
